  Lease terms vary based on market conditions and owner preferences, but standard leases are often one year long. Other lease term options may be available upon request, including military clause provisions that address PCS and deployment orders.

• How do I provide notice if I receive PCS orders before my lease ends?

  Notify your Site Manager in writing as soon as you receive orders and include a copy of them. We will confirm the notice period required by your lease and applicable law, schedule the move-out inspection, and begin re-marketing the home right away to limit vacancy.

• What types of housing do you offer near major military bases?

  We manage single-family homes, multi-family units, condos, and apartment buildings across Florida and Georgia, including communities convenient to major installations. Current availability is listed on our properties page and updated as new homes come to market.

• Can you help with remote rental agreements if I'm unable to visit in person?

  Yes. Applications, screening, lease signing, and payments are all handled online through our secure Rentvine portal, and virtual showings can be arranged, so the entire process can be completed from anywhere.
